The GCQ is an ensemble led by Francisco Garcia de Paredes and Maddy Coombs, and features Harry Ling on drums and Harry Pearce on bass.

Having met through Tomorrow's Warriors and Guildhall School of Music, they have been playing together for years and have developed their own sound. They take influence from artists such as Sonny Rollins, Kurt Rosenwinkle, and Art Blakey, and will be playing a mix of hard-bop classics and original compositions.
