Morning Movement, invites professional dancers to lead fun, online sessions every Monday 9-9.30am.

This autumn welcomes Clod Ensemble dancers from the film The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady to guide movement to music inspired by an exhilarating selection of jazz. Join us to refresh, re-energise, breathe deeper and simply get in flow for the day ahead.

Sessions are suitable for all movers, even those who may not consider themselves dancers. The classes are free to attend but registration is essential.
