Tomorrow's Warriors is an innovative jazz music education and artist development organisation that was co-founded by Janine Irons and Gary Crosby, committed to increasing diversity across the arts through jazz. This year is the organisation's 30th anniversary, marking three decades at the forefront of UK jazz, developing some of the most talked about jazz artists now electrifying main stages at venues and festivals the world over.
