Tina Edwards’ Love is Everywhere brings jazz, global grooves, and a modern twist, with special guest Charlie Dark, a Foot Notes dance performance, and a free UK jazz dance lesson with Masumi Endo for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

Charlie Dark

When not running with his collective Run Dem Crew, teaching yoga or advocating mental health, Charlie Dark plays records to dancefloors worldwide

Raised on South London’s pirate radio and warehouse parties, he’s been igniting dancefloors since the eighties. With Attica Blues on Mo Wax, a Sony deal, and countless remixes, bringing people together through music is his ethos.

His deep vinyl sets span dub, disco, house, funk, soul, reggae and African gems — uplifting, joyful and full of energy.

At the forefront of the UK jazz explosion, Tina Edwards proves jazz and club culture are perfect partners. A vocal scene pioneer for a decade and DJing for seven years, she brings contagious energy and deep musical knowledge to every set.

Tina Edwards

Her party Love is Everywhere champions jazz dancefloor culture, alongside Latin, Brazilian and house, paying homage to Dingwalls and Shiftless Shuffle. She’s played festivals and venues across Europe, Australia and Japan, including Glastonbury, Montreux and North Sea Jazz, alongside DJs like Gilles Peterson, Blessed Madonna, Charlie Dark and Colleen “Cosmo” Murphy.

Tina hosts Next Big Thing on British Airways, a monthly Soho Radio show, and presented the BBC documentary JAZZ UK: Spitting Fire. She also curates Queer Jazz, promoting LGBTQIA+ talent, and re:sonate, a cultural project with Tim Garcia.

"Dancing in the dark to loud music can be liberating, life changing and primal in ways you could never imagine."
