Take Me to the River All-Stars LIVE is a collection of some of the best New Orleans’ musical talents.
Featuring legendary Crescent City talents Cyril Neville, Omari Neville, Jon Cleary, Big Chief Bo Dollis Jr. of the Wild Magnolias, Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, Ian Neville, Rob Mercurio from the iconic band Galactic, Joe Ashlar, and Award Winning Filmmaker Martin Shore, alongside London based horn players.
Grammy award-winning Take Me to the River is not just a project; it’s a heartfelt journey into the soul and essence of American music. Born from a desire to celebrate and preserve the rich musical legacies of New Orleans and Memphis, the initiative has grown into a movement that documents, educates, and showcases the profound cultural impact of these musical havens through live performances, films and educational programmes.
The night is guaranteed to keep everyone dancing, shaking, and smiling! As if transported to New Orleans itself.
