Nick has built a reputation over the last 10 years as one of the UK’s most accomplished jazz guitarists and is featured on over 20 recordings to date, including his quartet’s debut release 'Detour Ahead', which was met with critical acclaim. “Costley-White proves both his virtuosity and ability to write subtle and engaging tunes” (All About Jazz). Nick has also contributed to over a dozen studio albums as a sideman with a variety of jazz groups.

For the past three years Nick has held a residency at Dishoom in Kensington, where his regular trio, featuring Empirical drummer Shane Forbes and double bass virtuoso Conor Chaplin, has honed its intuitive and fluid approach to the jazz canon.
