UK Soul singer Nate James returns for his first headline show of 2024, performing music from his forthcoming new album 'The Man I Am'. Top talent from the LCCM community will be opening for James in what is set to be an inspiring night.

Nate James, was born on 15 September 1979 in Lakenheath, Suffolk, England. He is an English singer-songwriter who has left an indelible mark on the music industry. Nate James's music career is a testament to his extraordinary talent and dedication to his craft. Since bursting onto the scene in 2005, this British sensation has sold over 1,000,000 albums internationally. His debut album, "Set the Tone," is a testament to his unique style, heavily influenced?by classic soul artists like Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.

With its live band funk sound, the album earned Nate three MOBO nominations and the Urban Music Award for Best Soul Artist. Nate recently regained ownership of the recorded masters of "Set The Tone" and there are plans to re-release this highly successful debut in a?Deluxe form for it’s 20th anniversary, including b-sides and unreleased tracks, with a focus on the UK, Europe, North & South America, and Australasia markets to further extend the album's global reach. Nate's live performances are equally impressive, selling out numerous shows at venues like the Jazz Café in London and festivals around the world. Nate James's career continued to soar, with performances on the BBC show "Later... with Jools Holland" in February 2008 and a North American tour in spring 2008.

He even headlined the main stage of the Montreal Jazz Fest on 4 July 2008,

performing to a massive audience of over 200,000. Nate is currently gearing up to finish

and release his third studio album, 'The Man I Am'. This new project delves into the themes of love, loss, and the trials of life through beautifully crafted songs, spanning from anthems to lullabies to all-out party jams. Writing collaborations on the album include Mark Hill and Michelle Escoffery, with the full album being produced by Mark Hill. He has also had the honour of touring with and supporting some of the industry's biggest names, including the late Amy Winehouse, John Legend, Beverley Knight, and Chaka Khan.
