George Nelson's Moment's Notice series returns to the EFG London Jazz Festival. Moment's Notice showcases 5 leading lights in the art of spontaneous composition. Each episode consists of 1 duo, 1 trio & 1 combo quintet.

For this one, George has invited two Irreversible Entanglements titans, Luke Stewart and Aquiles Navarro to tangle with three of the UK's finest, Chelsea Carmichael whose The River Doesn't Like Strangers was the debut release on Shabaka Hutchings' Native Rebel label, Dave De Rose whose Agile Experiments improvs are the stuff of London (and now Athens) legend, and Richard Olatunde Baker, a major contributor to Mulatu Astatke's and Tony Allen's bands.
