Put on your dancing shoes. Swing, sway and shake your way through the world of jazz with Grounded Movement and an exciting line-up of musicians in this extra special Mix & Move x EFG London Jazz Festival edition.

Join Grounded Movement’s Temujin Gill and Sunanda Biswas, pick up some moves, and immerse yourself in the soulful energy of live musicians playing directly to the dancefloor. You don’t need to be a dancer, or have any experience or a partner: Mix & Move is just about getting together and getting going to the music!

Mix & Move offers you the chance to explore different forms of dance, learn new moves and meet new people. With seated adaptations and alternatives for every body, everyone can light up the dance floor and discover new rhythms.
