This will be a fun night! Kielan Sheard is a double bassist and composer based in London. In 2020 he was one of the finalists in the BBC's Young Jazz Musician of the year. Tonight he presents his quintet playing original compositions influenced by everything from Coltrane to Mongolian folk. Kielan's quintet will be:

The Richmond Youth Jazz Band, led by bandleader, Roger Perrin will be opening tonight's show featuring some of the borough's best young jazz musicians. Finally, after Kielan's quintet we will be opening up the stage for a jazz festival jam...all musicians welcome!
