ClerkenwellARTSlab and St. Paul's Sessions present a new collaboration between three East Anglia based artists - trumpeter Chris Dowding, artist Laure Van Minden, and visuals artist Michelle Brace, with support from 'arresting trumpet duo' some things.

ClerkenwellARTSlab and St. Paul's Sessions present a first 'Late Session' of music with visuals.

'Homecoming' was a collaboration between two Norwich-based artists - trumpeter Chris Dowding and artist Laure Van Minden - during lockdown, that culminated in a moving installation at Raveningham Sculpture Trail in South Norfolk.

The collaboration has been extended to include visuals by Michelle Brace, which combine a live feed of Laure's drawing with Michelle's own visuals. They combine with Chris' evocative music to make a contemplative, moving whole.

The project began when Laure collected phrases from people (especially those living with dementia) at the care home where she works, near Norwich.

Tonight will be the first live performance of this three-way collaboration.

Support comes from the 'arresting trumpet duo', some things - a duo collaboration between two Norwich-based trumpeters - Chris Dowding and Ben Higham. Expect some projected graphic scores and a preview of a new 'snippets' project.
