Virtuoso guitarist Filippo Dall’Asta returns to London with a new Barcelona-born quartet. Joined by powerhouse vocalist Francesca Confortini plus Spanish jazz stars Neter Calafati and Oscar Tinoco, expect a vibrant night of gypsy jazz with international flair.

Blending the infectious swing of Django Reinhardt with bebop, classical, and world music influences, this new quartet delivers a thrilling mix of jazz standards and original compositions, rich with storytelling, fiery improvisation, and irresistible rhythm. This is gypsy jazz with a global heartbeat: intimate, theatrical, and joyfully alive.

Francesca Confortini – Vocals
Milan-born and London-based, Francesca is a jazz vocalist, songwriter, and educator with a soulful tone and theatrical flair. A graduate of ICMP and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, she has appeared at iconic venues including Ronnie Scott’s, the Barbican, and Wembley Stadium. Her style fuses jazz, soul, funk, and gypsy swing into a uniquely expressive voice that commands the stage. Alongside her performance career, Francesca is the founder of Ponente Entertainment and teaches vocals at ICMP, inspiring the next generation of singers.

Filippo Dall’Asta – Guitar
Italian-born and now Barcelona-based, Filippo Dall’Asta is a guitarist, composer, and bandleader acclaimed for blending gypsy jazz with classical, bebop, and Indian influences. A Royal Albert Hall regular and collaborator with legends such as Stochelo Rosenberg and Tara Minton, he has earned international recognition for both technical brilliance and emotional depth. His debut solo album Mediterasian was hailed as “one of the best instrumental albums of the year” (LA Music Critic Awards). Whether dazzling audiences with virtuosic solos or leading ensembles with flair, Filippo brings passion, precision, and storytelling to every note.

Together with Neter Calafati and Oscar Tinoco, Francesca and Filippo create a quartet that embodies tradition while opening new horizons a band full of vitality, imagination, and heart.
