Eddie Henderson, American trumpeter and Grammy award winning artist, is a living jazz legend. He is versatile and innovative musician whose career spanned more than six decades, leaving an indelible mark on the genre's history with its unique style and instrumental virtuosity.
From an early age, Henderson was influenced by jazz greats such as Louis Armstrong, an experience that shaped his musical career. After his studies at the San Francisco Conservatory, he moved to New York to pursue his professional career, where he collaborated with prominent jazz figures such as Art Blakey, Roy Haynes, Joe Henderson and Dexter Gordon.
