The launch of Becky Alice's debut E.P Blue Dreams

Becky Alice is joined by some of London's top jazz musicians to perform music from her first recorded release - Blue Dreams. With accolades from across the pond as a finalist in the prestigious International Ella Fitzgerald Competition and described as "one to discover south of the river" by London Jazz News, Becky's story is just beginning. The album is a lyrical journey through friendship, loss, dreams and reality, put to some of the greatest jazz compositions and solos from the 20th century, all accompanied by arrangements played by a world-class band. Jay Phelps (trumpet), Sam Leak (piano), Menelik Claffey (double bass) and Tim Sampson (drums) bring a charismatic energy and vibrancy to these keen arrangements in a celebration of Jazz's past, present and future.
