Pianist, composer and producer Al MacSween presents a performance of original material with his trio.

Performer, composer and producer Al MacSween is building a reputation for his distinctive musical voice, his unique approach to the keyboard and his wide-ranging musical influences. Al has collaborated across a staggering variety of genres, including jazz, Afro-Cuban, Indian classical music, electronic music and various styles of folk music, and has worked extensively with internationally acclaimed artists including Gary Bartz, Nubya Garcia, Maisha, Ruby Turner, Omar Puente, Sarathy Korwar, Yelfris Valdes and many more. 

He is founder of award-winning music collective Kefaya, who received critical acclaim both in the UK and abroad for their 2019 collaboration with Afghan folk singer Elaha Soroor.
