Welcome to our electrifying, vibes filled and inclusive jazz jam session every Monday at Ceviche Old St led by saxophonist Dee Byrne. This is the Monday night hang out for discerning jammers, enthusiasts and those 'in the know'.
Ceviche Old St is a space for all the senses hosting exciting music, art, food and drinks. It was voted Best New Venue in the UK 2016, is housed in a beautiful legendary Victorian dining room and features a contemporary evolving art gallery. It has played host to Mr Scruff, Gilles Peterson, Mark Hix, Gizzi Erskine, Neil Rankin, DJ Yoda, Mister G and many more.
Ceviche Old St is a pioneer of Peruvian food. In Peru, Chifa restaurants sprung up at the turn of the 20th century made up from the ideas of Chinese-Peruvian migrants. These were places of great fusion cuisine alongside impromptu musical get downs, jam session, or simply raucous performances of wild abandon.
For EFG London Jazz Festival 2017, expect jazz curated cocktails and dishes to get the creative juices flowing. Not to be missed.
